Recycling collection will slide by one day and will be collected on Friday, November 29.
Attached is the final approved EV Charging Station Rules Policy and guidelines for ACC submission to be added to the website and portal. An EV charger installation design sample can be found here.
A postcard will be sent to all residents to reflect same.

​​Inverness North Reserved Spot Parking
Adopted Reserved Parking Resolution 2023

Beginning Tuesday 10/3/2023 - Parking Spots with reserved numbers will be reserved for the addresses they are assigned. Cars are subject to being towed if they use a reserved spot that is not assigned to their address. All residents are asked to please use their assigned spots first, if possible, to avoid residents and guest accidentally using a reserved spot when free spots are filled. Parking on yellow curbs are a towable offence and cars that are towed will be removed from the community by the towing contractor.
If a car is parked on your addresses reserved spot. Please call 301-984-6666 24/7 and follow the afterhours emergency instructions. Have the car’s make, model, color, license plate number and the spot number available. The On-Call manager will initiate a towing call and reply via text or call within 30 mins. If after a tow request is made and the offending car moves, call the 301-948-6666 back ASAP to cancel the tow request. Cost for towing will be the responsibility of the car incorrectly parked.

Trash and Recycling Collection Information:
Trash is collected every Monday and Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. Our trash hauler, New Generation, DOES NOT collect trash on holidays that fall on a Monday or a Thursday and will pick up on the next scheduled date per schedule below:

Holidays based on Montgomery County Transfer Station Calendar:
• New Year's Day - January 1 (If it falls on an assigned service day)
• Martin Luther King, Jr., Day - third Monday in January
• Presidents Day - third Monday in February
• Memorial Day - last Monday in May
• Independence Day - July 4 (If it falls on an assigned service day)
• Labor Day - first Monday in September
• Veterans Day - November 11 (If it falls on an assigned service day)
• Thanksgiving Day - fourth Thursday in November
• Christmas Day - December 25 (If it falls on an assigned service day)

Bulk Trash Pick-up: Homeowners may request individual bulk pick-ups from New Generation and must be out by the trash service day. There is a form to fill out on the website to request a service quote and pick-up date. The website for the form is: https://www.newgenerationtrashservices.com/bulk

Recycling is collected by the county every Thursday morning at 7:00 a.m. However, the collection may slide to Friday during holiday weeks. Consult our home page or the county's recycling Web page for holiday schedule changes.

2023 Homeowner Handbook:
This document includes an introductory letter from the property management company, the 2023 homeowners association budget, information about how to pay the semi-annual homeowner fees, Architectural Control Committee guidelines, exterior paint colors, and other rules and regulations. Inverness North Community Portal:
Homeowners can use the Portal to pay their assessment fees, request architectural changes, request services, etc. The Portal is managed by our property management company, TMGA Inc. Visit the Portal here:

Architectural Changes, Roofing and Siding Guidelines as of August 2024:
Want to make a change to the outside of your home?

Read the Architectural Control Committee Guidelines and the INHOA ACC Guidelines - Amendment No 2 (siding materials);

Then submit an Architectural Change Application Form to the management company.
​
The Board must approve your application before you can make the change. Need to repaint part of the outside of your house? Consult the approved colors in the Architectural Control Committee Guidelines to get an exact color match (which is required).

The Inverness North HOA Board and the Architectural Control Committee have provided the following guidelines and documents to help homeowners with their Architectural Change Applications for roof and siding replacement.

There are now three approved roofing materials:

Wood cedar shakes
-
A composite material with the brand name "Enviroshake"

A specific asphalt material and color
Contact the management company for details about the asphalt option. Also, you must submit an Architectural Change Application and have it approved before replacing your roof.

Roof Replacement Materials:
The Homeowners' Association Board has provided a memo and some documents to help homeowners prepare an Architectural Change Application for roof replacement. Please consult these documents before submitting an application. Three types of materials are approved for roof replacement: wood cedar shakes, a composite material with the brand name "Enviroshake," and a specific asphalt material and color. Please contact the management company for more details about the approved asphalt roofing material.

Siding Replacement Materials:
The Homeowners' Association Board has updated the ACC Guidelines to allow additional siding material options. See above for Amendment No 1 for details on the siding materials.
​
Landscaping Company:
The company that provides our landscaping services is Lawn Systems. The HOA pays to have everyone's front lawn done.
